Master Fence

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Master Fence website and services. By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Master Fence provides custom fence installation, repair, and related services in the State of Florida.

2. Nature of Services

Master Fence does not sell standalone fence products for shipment. All services are:

  • Custom-built
  • Installed on-site
  • Subject to property-specific evaluation

Prices shown on the website (including pricing per 6ft or 8ft sections) are estimated base prices only and do not represent final project costs.

Final pricing is determined after:

  • Property inspection
  • Measurements
  • Scope of work evaluation

3. Estimates & Quotes

  • All estimates are non-binding until approved in writing
  • Estimates may change based on:
    • Site conditions
    • Material availability
    • Permit requirements
  • Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and do not guarantee project acceptance

4. Permits & Compliance

Master Fence may assist with permit applications; however:

  • Permit approval is subject to local city/county regulations
  • Customer is responsible for:
    • Providing accurate property information
    • HOA approvals (if applicable)
  • Project timelines may be affected by permitting delays

Florida law requires compliance with local zoning, setback, and height regulations for fencing.

5. Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure scheduling and materials
  • Remaining balance is due upon:
    • Project completion OR
    • As stated in contract

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Financing options (e.g., Affirm, when available)

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Project delays
  • Legal collection actions

6. Scheduling & Installation

  • Installation dates are estimated, not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Weather
    • Material supply
    • Permit approvals
    • Unforeseen site conditions

Customer agrees to provide:

  • Clear access to the work area
  • Property readiness before installation

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once:
    • Materials are ordered
    • Work is scheduled

Cancellation policies will be specified in the project agreement.

8. Warranties

Master Fence may offer warranties on:

  • Workmanship
  • Materials (manufacturer-dependent)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by:
    • Weather events (storms, hurricanes)
    • Misuse or neglect
    • Third-party modifications

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

Master Fence is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Property issues not disclosed before installation
  • Underground utilities not properly marked

Customers must call 811 (utility marking service) or ensure utilities are identified prior to installation.

10. Property Conditions

Customer acknowledges:

  • Property lines must be accurately known
  • Master Fence is not responsible for:
    • Boundary disputes
    • Encroachments

We strongly recommend a property survey before installation.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the site
  • That all content is for informational purposes only
  • That pricing tools are estimates, not final offers

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of Master Fence and may not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
