RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Master Fence

Effective Date: April 8, 2026


1. Overview

At Master Fence, we provide custom fence installation and related services. Due to the nature of our work, all projects are custom-built and installed on-site, which means traditional product returns do not apply.

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and adjustments are handled.


2. No Product Returns

Master Fence does not sell standalone products for return or exchange. All materials are:

  • Ordered specifically for each project
  • Cut, customized, and installed on-site

For this reason, we do not accept returns of materials or completed work.


3. Estimates & Deposits

  • Estimates are free and non-binding until approved
  • Once a project is approved, a deposit may be required

🔒 Deposit Policy:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once:
    • Materials have been ordered
    • Project scheduling has been confirmed

This is because materials are purchased specifically for your project.


4. Cancellations

Before Materials Are Ordered:

  • You may cancel your project and request a refund of your deposit

After Materials Are Ordered or Work Has Begun:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Additional costs may apply depending on work completed

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

✔️ Duplicate payment
✔️ Billing errors
✔️ Project unable to proceed due to company limitations

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review.


6. Completed Work

Once a project has been completed:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • All sales are considered final

However, if there are concerns about workmanship, please contact us — we are committed to resolving issues professionally.


7. Warranty-Related Issues

If your concern is related to installation quality or materials:

  • It may be covered under our workmanship or manufacturer warranty
  • We will inspect and determine the appropriate resolution

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after project approval
  • Delays caused by weather or permits
  • Customer-provided incorrect information
  • HOA or city restrictions discovered after approval
  • Normal material variations (color, texture, wood characteristics)

9. Financing (Affirm)

If you choose to finance your project through Affirm:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to Affirm’s policies
  • You remain responsible for your financing agreement
